Remove your data

If you do not want to be in Elgrace's creator database, tell us here. You do not need an account and it takes a minute.

What happens next

1. We stop collecting data about the handle straight away.
2. Within 7 days we delete everything we hold about it: profile, numbers, posts, contact details and brand links.
3. We keep only a one-way fingerprint (a hash) of the handle, so it is never added back.
4. You get a confirmation code. You can check it on this page until 30 days after the deletion.
5. If you leave an email or phone number, we use it only to confirm the removal and delete it once the removal is done.

Other ways

Email privacy@elgrace.in with your handle. If you connected an account to us with Facebook Login, you can also remove our access in your Facebook settings under Business Integrations.
